About me

Hi, I'm Rod Stradling

I’ve been a Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years, and in that time I’ve surveyed just about every kind of home you can think of across Devon and Somerset, from modern estate properties , flats both converted and purpose built to thatched cottages, farmhouses and listed buildings.

Older and characterful properties have always been a personal favourite of mine and I have lived in listed buildings for 40 years.

I work independently, which means I’m working for you, not your lender or the estate agent. My job is to tell you honestly what I find and what it means, so you can make the right decision before you commit.

As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, you can be assured that all surveys are carried out to a high standard and covered by full insurance.

I’m always glad to help!
